Payment Policy
Unless otherwise noted, payment in full is due at the service appointment for residential customers. Commercial customers (e.g. schools, recording studios, churches) are billed on NET-30 terms. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee plus 10% interest. Checks or payments that do not clear properly will incur a fee of $50 in addition to the late fee.
